diffoscope 306 released

The diffoscope maintainers are pleased to announce the release of diffoscope version 306. This version includes the following changes:

* Fix compatibility with RPM 6.
* Use regular 'open' calls instead of the deprecated 'codecs.open'.
* Accept additional 'v' when calling 'fdtump --version'.
